What if I am a realtor or title company handling a sale in Sky Meadows?
Please contact Sky Meadows Ranch secretary at smrsecretary@outlook.com to find out the fees that are due at closing so the account can be brought current. Any delinquent fees or water usage charges not collected at closing will become the responsibility of the new owner. There is a $350 transfer fee due for all property transfers in addition to dues, water usage charges and any other delinquent amounts.
